Characteristic：

● Adopts patented up-suction uniform pressure technology to keep rice grains suspended. Split variablediameter screen frames and assembled steel rolls guarantee uniform pressure distribution.
● Features large throughput, low broken rice rate, low rice temperature and superior germ removal effect. An optional water spraying device can realize pre-polishing performance;
● Equipped with bran & broken rice separation function. Double air cylinder discharge gates enable automatic intermittent discharge of rice and bran mixture;
● Fitted with current overload protection, negative pressure indicator and multi-air damper adjusting device for convenient and reliable operation to prevent machine blockage;
● Special roll profiles are adopted according to distinct characteristics of long-grain indica rice and short-grain japonica rice to deliver efficient germ removal and reduce broken rice. .
