Characteristic：

●​ Adopts self-developed patented up-suction horizontal emery rolls with upper-lower parallel layout, which greatly reduces floor space. The upper and lower chambers are independent separated structures for easier disassembly and maintenance;
●​ Equipped with patented uniform-pressure whitening rolls for high-efficiency rice whitening, featuring large  throughput, low broken rice rate and low rice temperature;
● Independent sealed bran suction ducts are configured for both upper and lower whitening chambers without air leakage, cutting power consumption of bran suction fans effectively;
● The main shaft features an oversized inner bore with bidirectional air intake at both ends, fitted with air intake  deflectors to maximize air intake volume and boost bran removal performance;
●Built-in bran-broken rice separation function with double-gate discharge. Gates are driven by air cylinders for automatic intermittent operation; the interval cycle is adjustable according to actual throughput requirements;
●Independent finely adjustable feeding mechanism with digital display of feeding opening for intuitive and convenient operation.
