●​ Featuring an independently patented Up-Suction horizontal sand-roller layout with upper and lower units in parallel, this design effectively reduces floor space. The upper and lower sections adopt independent compartment structures, making disassembly and maintenance more convenient;

●​ Equipped with a patented pressure-equalizing milling roller, it delivers high-efficiency whitening with the advantages of large throughput, low breakage rate, and low rice temperature;
● Both the upper and lower whitening chambers are fitted with independent bran-suction air ducts that are tightly sealed with no air leakage, effectively reducing the power consumption of the bran-suction fan;
● Oversized hollow shafts enable bidirectional air intake from both ends, with inlet guide hoods to ensure maximum airflow into the machine, effectively improving bran discharge performance;
●The unit features a bran-and-rice separation function with a double-gate discharge mechanism, driven by cylinders for automatic intermittent operation; the interval time can be adjusted according to production requirements;
