Characteristic：

● Adopts touchscreen & PLC full automatic control for feeding, discharging and operating current to prevent machine stalling and realize one-touch production;

● Equipped with high-power frequency converter for variable frequency drive of main motor. It can adjust rice mill speed timely according to whitening precision and output requirements to reduce broken rice and lower energy consumption;

●Supports storage of processing parameters for different raw grains. Stored parameters of corresponding rice variety can be recalled when switching rice types for convenient operation;

● Real-time monitoring of current, wind pressure and rice temperature reflects processing dynamics; it can make automatic adjustments in case of current fluctuations or excessive pressure;

● Automatically monitors material flow status of feeding hopper, shutting off production automatically when feed is interrupted, and resuming production once rice flow is restored;

● Automatically stabilizes internal pressure of whitening chamber, effectively reducing the broken rice rate and extending the service life of screens, emery rolls, and bearings.
