Characteristic：

● Featuring a unique industry-first large-output parallel layout of upper and lower horizontal iron rollers, this machine effectively reduces floor space and reliance on material handling and lifting equipment. Its independent upper and lower compartment structures also make disassembly and maintenance more convenient;

● Both the upper and lower whitening chambers are equipped with independent bran extraction ducts. These ducts are airtight and leak-proof, effectively reducing the power consumption of the bran extraction fan;

● The ultra-large shaft bore features bidirectional air intake at both ends, with inlet guide covers to ensure maximum airflow into the machine, effectively improving bran removal efficiency;

● It features a bran and broken rice separation function with dual-gate discharge. Cylinders drive automatic intermittent operation, and the interval can be adjusted according to production requirements;

●  An optional, independently adjustable variable-speed feeder ensures constant feed flow, stable operating current, and balanced milling pressure inside the machine.
