Characteristic：

● The industry has created a unique large-scale parallel layout of horizontal iron rollers, effectively reducing land occupation, logistics lifting equipment, independent upper and lower compartment structures, and making disassembly and maintenance more convenient;

● Our independently patented screening frame and assembled iron roller structure ensure the effectiveness of embryo removal and a smooth surface of rice grains;

● Both the upper and lower grinding rooms are equipped with independent suction ducts for bran, which are sealed and free of air leakage, effectively saving the power consumption of the bran suction fan;

● Double directional air intake at both ends of the super large shaft inner hole, equipped with air inlet guide covers to ensure maximum air flow into the machine, effectively improving the efficiency of bran removal;

● It has the function of separating rice bran and rice flour,the cylinder drives the automatic intermittent action,  and the intermittent time can be adjusted according to the production requirements;

● Optional independent adjustable constant speed feeding machine ensures constant feeding flow,  stable working current, and balanced grinding pressure inside the machine.
