Recently, the "International Seminar on Intelligent Development of Grain, Oil and Food Processing Technology and Equipment" was successfully held in Wuhan, Hubei Province. Organized by Wuhan Polytechnic University and other institutions, the seminar brought together industry experts, scholars and enterprise representatives from across the country to jointly explore the cutting-edge trends and development paths in the intelligentization of grain, oil and food processing and related equipment.
During the seminar, Professor Wang Hongxun, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of Wuhan Polytechnic University, attended and delivered a speech. Several leaders and industry experts, including Hu Xinming, President of Hubei Society of Grain Science and Economy and former Director of Hubei Provincial Grain Bureau, also delivered speeches successively, conducting in-depth exchanges on hot topics such as intelligent processing technology, equipment upgrading and quality control. Participating scholars shared the latest research results in aspects like deep processing of grain, nutrition retention, energy conservation and consumption reduction, providing new ideas and solutions for the innovative development of the industry.
This seminar built an efficient communication platform for all parties in industry, academia and research. The participants agreed that promoting intelligent transformation and strengthening technological collaborative innovation are key to enhancing the overall competitiveness of the grain, oil and food processing industry. In the future, the industry will continue to move forward in the direction of intelligentization, greenization and high quality.
